FULL BODY WORKOUT

Pound fit is similar to pilates in the way that they both work the upper and lower body, tone, and that it also works the back and core. It strengthens and sculpts the muscles that aren’t frequently used – providing you with a leaner and slimmer physique.

CARDIO INTERVAL TRAINING

Not only does it burn fat while exercising, but cardio interval training helps you burn fat even after your workout. It’s intense, but worth it. If you challenge yourself, you will burn up to 900 calories or more in one hour.

MIND OVER BODY

With the focus on drumming while exercising, POUND can improve your rhythm, timing, coordination, speed, agility, endurance, and musicality. Drumming is proven to be a brain booster that improves focus and can decrease blood pressure, pain, anxiety, stress and fatigue.
